"We can’t speak highly enough of Tony, our guide for a tour incorporating Hà Nội & Da Nang. Tony was very flexible and willing to custom our tour to suit our needs and picking us up from our hotel in his air-conditioned vehicle. Communication was great right from the outset and the six hours we spent visiting the Coconut Village, the Marble Mountains, Da Nang’s famous Lady Buddha and the Dragon Bridge were fascinating and enjoyable. Tony’s knowledge of history and culture is extensive and his English skills excellent. We even stopped for a delicious meal at a street restaurant before heading back to our hotel. We are also very grateful to Tony for tracking down an earring lost in the restaurant and returning it to our hotel the next day, that is testament to the values and principles of this young man and the people of Vietnam. "Tam tailored a great journey for us (4 adults) for my husband’s 66th birthday. He was not keen on too much biking and really interested in local boats, their building techniques and engines, so Tam organised a short bike to a local boat that took up to a fishing village with traditional boat builders, wood workers, mat weavers and mother of pearl inlay and wood carving artisans. We conversed with (thru Tam) about their history, techniques, raw materials, and the future of their traditional way of life and skills. Bikes were a bit small for our group of tall humans (5’10-6’5)! But they were fine for the short cycle distances. Booking was problematic and confusing but once booked, direct communication with Tam over WhatsApp got things sorted. Highly recommend Tam as a great tour guide. "
