"Hieu gave me exactly the experience I was looking for. A real local insight into amazing Vietnamese food full of history. I loved the places we visited (all the store owners were welcoming and kind) and Hieu always went above and beyond to ensure I had the best time possible. Hieu has great english and answered all the questions I had for him. I was filming a video for my YouTube channel and Hieu was happy to help me film and jump on camera to provide some interesting stories behind the food and the places we visited. Even though you pay more, its worth it for a personalised experience. I highly recommend this tour and will be booking again for sure!"

"We (family of 5) booked the bike tour on Cam Kim island with Tam. It was one of the highlights of our Vietnam trip. After the tour in Hoi An it was very refreshing to leave the buzz behind for 2 hrs and go on a bike tour enjoying the beautiful landscape of Cam Kim island. Tam was an exceptional tour guide with putting the stops in ideal places and share stories. We loved the visit to the local families and meeting the incredibly lovely people. "Thuy was a great guide - informative and insightful with exceptional spoken English. We were on the quick start tour. The tour encompassed a little of Hoi An history and a few of the amazing historical sights (she organised tickets). She was more than comfortable to change the tour for anything we wanted (my son wanted some tailor recommendations and she showed us a couple after the tour was finished). 1.5 hrs was perfect for my family and allowed us to get orientated around Hoi An - also perfect given the heat on a vv hot July day! I’d thoroughly recommend the tour and especially Thuy (pronounced ‘Two-wee’ btw - apologies again Thuy!)). Excellent!"

"Our bike tour of Hoi A was an absolute highlight of our trip to Vietnam! Our guide, Tam, was exceptional. His knowledge of the local area was impressive, and he shared his passion for the area with us in a way that made us feel like locals. We loved exploring the Hoi A countryside on bike, visiting charming villages and meeting local artisans. It was fascinating to see traditional crafts being made firsthand. The food stops were incredible! We tasted so many delicious and authentic dishes that we would never have found on our own. Tam was incredibly patient and accommodating, especially with our kids. "My wife & I would very much recommend any tour with Tony as his knowledge and recall of facts is second to none. He brought his tour to life with lots of stories and anecdotes and the day flew by. His car is immaculate and his driving extremely safe on the crazy Da Nang roads, we always felt safe and happy in his company. Tony was very entertaining and engaging and knew when to be the tour guide and when to leave us be in our thoughts. He is also a very honest person as I left my expensive sun glasses in his car by accident and when he found them he came all the way back to our hotel to return them in person. You may pay a bit more for With Locals tours but in my experience you get what you pay for and that is certainly the case with Tony! Great guy, highly recommend! Would give 6 stars if I could!"
