To be shown the home where the local rice wine was made, the rows of herbs being grown and where multiple generations have made pottery using the communal kiln was an absolute treat Phuc as our guide was so passionate about his local community it came across in all he explained to us. What a treat to be taken for rice paper rolls and be shown how to make them like a local. We would also like to say how well Phuc understood the needs of vegetarians, he was very attentive to our requests throughout our time together."
