Try the famous orxata amb fartons

A perfect plan to get out of the city for a few hours is driving to a nearby town called Alboraya, also known as “orxata land”! Orxata is a typical refreshment made of tiger nuts and enjoyed by adults and kids alike, especially during the summer months. It is often accompanied by fartons (the typical confectionary sweets of the area), which are dipped in the ice-cold orxata.

Once you get to Aboraya, your local host will show you the town and take you to the cutest cafés that serve orxata amb fartons. Be prepared to try an amazing delicacy!

Live Las Fallas

If there’s something everyone knows about Valencia it’s Las Fallas. The city’s festivities take place every March, in which hundreds of cardboard monuments built by locals are burned after months of hard work. End your bike ride along the river and enjoy a picnic. Take in the sunny Mediterranean weather and the nature surrounding you.

Explore the beautiful Mercado Central

Just a stone’s throw from Plaza del Ayuntamiento, the main square of the city, you’ll find the Mercado Central.
