"No words can describe how Daphne was an amazing guide to my family . She helped me create a 3 day itinerary of the must see and taste in Taiwan . I highly commend her for her knowledge , her dedication in her profession , her accommodation and patience in managing my family especially my mother in law who was 93 years old . It was a birthday celebration of 4 members in the family and she went out of her way to get us cake to celebrate . To cap it off we exchanged goodies from our countries when the trip ended . "We had the most amazing tour of Dongmen market and Yongkang with Garen as our guide. From start to finish, communication was excellent. She asked us for our preferences prior to the tour, and organized a perfect tour showing us parts of Taiwanese food culture we had not seen yet! She sprinkled in important Taiwanese history and politics so we left with a warm belly and a mind enlightened. She has a wonderful relationship with many vendors, which meant we were treated like royalty and experienced things we never would have otherwise. Stop over in Taipei - August 2024
"We had a great time with Garen. From the start, Garen was an excellent communicator who checked in with us via WhatsApp on several occasions to ensure that we made it to the meeting point (even confirming the flight had arrived!) . We ate great food along the tour and Garen made sure that we were looked after all the while telling us about the food, city and culture. Who knew that soy milk is only drunk at breakfast! During the tour we were able to stop into a couple of shops along the way so that we could pick up some cool souvenirs (I’m still enjoying the ginger oil). You can tell she loves her city and is a true ambassador for her country. I highly recommend Garen as a guide."
