"My family and I had a fantastic day with Jessica exploring Pingxi, Shifen and Jiufen. She was warm, patient and very engaging throughout the trip, and made the experience especially enjoyable for our daughters. One of the things we particularly appreciated was how Jessica encouraged the girls to practise their conversational Chinese during the day. She found natural opportunities for them to speak, ask questions and interact, while also helping them learn more about the places we were visiting. She was incredibly patient with them and made them feel comfortable using their Chinese without any pressure. The itinerary itself was excellent, with a great mix of scenery, culture and local experiences. We really enjoyed seeing places such as Shifen, Pingxi and Jiufen, and Jessica added a lot to the experience through her local knowledge and explanations. Unfortunately, our younger daughter became unwell during the trip. Jessica was extremely understanding and patient, and went out of her way to help us take care of her and adjust things as needed. We were very grateful for how kind and thoughtful she was. Overall, Jessica made the day feel relaxed, personal and memorable. She was wonderful with the girls and genuinely cared about making sure the whole family had a good experience. We would happily recommend her to anyone looking for a friendly, knowledgeable and family-oriented guide in Taiwan. Definitely 5 stars!"

"We had a great day trip with Jessica to Sun Moon Lake! It’s an absolutely beautiful place and it was great to get to know Jessica who is a world traveling adventurer! We also got to try some great local food. We requested to see the Wen Wu temple (not part of the itinerary) and she made it happen as well. Finally, my sister left her sunglasses in Jessica‘s car and although we told her we did not need them, she made a special trip to drop them off at our hotel the next day. Jessica definitely goes above and beyond!"
