"I had just arrived in Edinburgh the previous afternoon. Chris met me at my hotel and off we went, through the beautiful Princes Street Gardens and around the back of the Castle. Chris covered the geology of E which explained the up and down nature of the tour. We had a quick lunch in the Grassmarket and then explored some more. The 5 hours went quickly. Chris had a list of things he wanted to include and fascinating stories for each. His knowledge and love for this city was obvious. He was friendly, organized, easy to follow and understand. He gave me options when we hit any stairs. Luckily, I do some stairs a few times a week at home, but I had to take a breather several time up these stairs! In conclusion, thanks, Chris. Anyone taking your tour would find it worthwhile and enjoyable! "

"Had a half day layover and set up hidden gems tour with Mark. It was terrific. He told us where to eat before we met up and from the begining was extremely knowledgeable and funny. The tour covered a wide range of the great history of Edinburgh and gave us a really great orientation.
