"I booked a customized tour and the tour was beyond what I have could imagined. Anna took her time to give me a realistic view on modern Sofia but also has a lot of knowledge about history. She showed me all the (for me) interesting places/quarters and shared her experiences but also facts and figures. As we needed to pause our tour due to a crowd celebrating soccer, Anna was so kind to enlarge the tour in order to finish what we wanted to see (without even asking).
