"The tour was very well organised and the spots we stopped at were amazing. Earl was a great guide; he was very friendly and really took the time to show us everything (which was nice because we where able to visit quite some spots without feeling rushed). "Jordan guided us through a deep dive into the West Village and its history as a completely singular neighborhood (*his* neighborhood!). We got the granular details as well as big picture context (northward movement of the wealthy, deliberate architectural changes to buildings to attract artists--imagine that happening today!--the role of neighborhood activists, and the rural past explaining the ungridlike configuration of many streets). He was kind enough to incorporate a couple of midtown things I'd requested, a particular mural in Grand Central, and the glorious Chrysler Building, before delivering us to the madhouse of the theater district for our matinee. The tour was over too soon--highly recommended!"
