Emre was so knowledgeable, fun and friendly - it was like meeting an old friend for a gastronomy adventure and history lesson. We were blown away by the flavours and tried local foods we'd never have done on our own. Emre led us off the beaten track to local eateries where we sampled the freshest foods whilst learning all about them.
