"A friend recommended the WithLocals experiences so we booked a food tour with Brendan. We started with some churros and chocolate then had a beautiful walk through the old city down to the beach. Brendan was very knowledgeable about the history of this part of Spain. We wandered the streets looking for images of St. George and the dragon. We finished up at a very locals-only tapas bar where we sampled the local cuisine. I would recommend this experience and we thought that Brendan was very personable and his knowledge of the history and food of Catalan were a real plus. "

I booked Lusi at the last minute and she took the booking even though she was an hour away with friends and family on a Sunday. I can truly say that she was incredible! Lusi puts so much energy and thought into her tour. She brought me to such interesting and important locations in the city of Barcelona. She provided facts and history of each place. Lusi speaks 7 languages and her English was perfect. Her passion for Barcelona and it's history and culture is evident in all the thought she's put into where she leads you. Not only does Lusi bring you to the obvious locations relating to Gaudi but she finds hidden locations of interest that you wouldn't normally find with a tour. I can't recommend Lusi enough.
