"Moises was awesome! We usually take a food tour the first day to learn the city and food scene. Moises introduced us to Vermouth at a local restaurant, showed us the markets where we did tastings, and stopped in a few restaurants to try local foods. He gave us a list of his favorite bars and restaurants and do’s and don’t as far as tourist traps, etc. It was extremely helpful. "
