He gave us an in-depth tour of the market and taught us about parts of the culture through this experience. "We had a 4 hour food tour with Fabrizio that was so good – he was warm and engaging and encouraged us to expand our food horizons. We ate local, traditional food like chicharones, and stuffed peppers, lots of potatoes, corn & cheese, and the fermented corn beverage Chicca, and for dessert, picarones. Everything was delicious!
