"With Penang’s reputation of being the street food capital of the world, we always knew that we wanted to do a food tour. We had looked for awhile to see what is on offer. We had done a 10 Tastings Tour in a couple of other cities and aways enjoyed it. Once we discovered that this is on offer in Penang, we decided to book this. We were not disappointed. As soon as I had booked this, our guide Lisa reached out to us to arrange the most convenient meeting spot for us. She also checked for any allergies and food preferences. I am quite a fuzzy eater, but Lisa took this all in her stride. She accommodated my preferences perfectly. On the day, once we met up with Lisa, she explained how the tour is going to work without giving too much away. Then we were off to our first stop. We were able to sample a great variety of different foods representing the different ethnic groups in Penang. We tried a variety of different sweet and savoury dishes and also were able to sample some local soft drinks. For each stop, Lisa shared with us some information about the food as well as about the venues that served them. She also pointed out various landmarks on the way and told us about them. It was an  very enjoyable afternoon and I tried some things that I would never have considered trying otherwise and to my surprise, I really loved them. We can’t wait to do it all again next year."

"I visited Penang to taste some of the food that is highly regarded as one of the best in the world. But where to start and which places to visit... Thats where Lisa came in the picture, and what an experience it was. She kept in mind what I don't eat, and all the things where delicious. The recommendations she gave me were also spot on. The asam laksa and char kway teow where just toooo good, ordered seconds and got some good laughs of the staff🤣🤣🤣 Lisa is a knowledgeable person who is a very kind soul. Loved my time spent and next year I'm going to come back again and continue to discover more of Penang with Lisa!!!
