"Hiromi was absolutely fantastic. She was friendly and energetic and knowledgeable. She was incredibly flexible with our changes to the tour and was quick to offer many options that might appeal to us. When we deviated from what we had discussed prior to meeting, she rolled with the punches perfectly and made every bit of the tour excellent and memorable. Even when asked to do something completely different she was immediately on board and did not hesitate to continue giving excellent information about every nuance and historical detail about where we were and what we were seeing. She was completely unfazed that it was raining and continued giving her all despite the weather. I cannot recommend her highly enough! Hiromi was so kind and patient with us as we walked around town stepping into delicious spaces what from the crazy crowds. Everything was fantastic and Hiromi also shared her knowledge of the history of the different areas we visited as well as the food we were eating. We had tons of questions about Japanese culture and everyday life in Osaka she was happy to share. "Both my wife and me had an incredible tour with our brilliant host Naoki, who had a fantastic sense of humour as well. We'd asked for an off the beaten path of Osaka and oh did Naoki deliver!! We saw areas and local spots that we'd not have found in a million years, getting to see the temple that arranges the yearly fireworks festival and hearing awesome facts that we'd never have known, truly made us feel special. We can't recommend Naoki enough and hope to get to meet again!! "
