"First, Emoke was very flexible and accommodating due to some misfortunes with getting to Budapest in the travel part of our trip from the USA. We were in constant communication as we navigated our way to Budapest, and she actually went out of her way to meet us at the hotel that we were switched to, squeezing us into her schedule. The tour was excellent, her love of and passionate embrace of Hungary was evident as she guided us through the city and the history of the region as we sampled local cuisine. We ended our tour having goulash and paprika chicken, which brought me back to my childhood as it was something my mom used to make, and finished with delicious strudels.
