This was our first visit to Hong Kong and Sherman gave us the best introduction imaginable. She grew up in Kowloon and wrapped her extensive knowledge in to an engaging, memorable narrative. Through her, we gained a deep insight in to the history of HK, an idea of how the current politics are being played out, and we saw how people live in HK today. Sherman was so generous with her time - having checked our schedule with us she went way beyond the allocated tour time. We were taken spontaneously to authentic, local places to eat and drink, to try her favourites. Through her eyes, we felt we had dug deep beneath the surface of HK. Moreover, even though we had said our goodbyes and gone on our way, Sherman thoughtfully contacted us with locations of places to eat dinner, and her recommendations were brilliant. Sherman really did make our trip. We will be back and we will look out for her again."
