"We had an excellent tour with Elisabetta. I had notified her only the day before that we had already had 2 walking tours of Lyon and asked if she could modify our itinerary to reduce duplication. In spite of the short notice, she brought a list of suggestions and we selected new experiences, though to be fair we did walk past some previously seen monuments which she told us new information about! Elisabetta was very relaxed, pleasant and knowledgeable. Even though we had some slower members of our party, she did not rush the experience and even spent extra time with us to make sure we had a good experience without any mention of money or tip!
