"We loved our tour with Ruby. It was our first night in Hanoi and what a great way to explore Old town. We've gone back to multiple places that we visited on Ruby's tour. Egg coffee and bun cha.
And even a recommendation for a tailor just to round out the evening.

"My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful time exploring Hanoi with Lien! From the outset, her communication was excellent, clear and thoughtful, making the entire experience seamless.
Lien is incredibly knowledgeable, and her excellent command of English made every conversation engaging and meaningful. Beyond the usual sights, she introduced us to hidden gems, local streets and fascinating insights into Vietnam’s history, culture and everyday way of life.
What made the experience truly special was how naturally our conversations flowed, from local customs and traditions to the economy, technology and everything in between. It genuinely felt less like a guided tour and more like catching up with an old friend in Hanoi!
We came away not just having seen Hanoi, but with a much deeper appreciation of Vietnam and its people. Thank you, Lien, for such a memorable day. We couldn’t recommend her highly enough!"

Struck gold with Ruby!!
"We cannot recommend Ruby highly enough!
Ruby was an absolute gem from start to finish, caring, compassionate, knowledgeable and incredibly thoughtful. We booked her for two tours over two days, and having Ruby with us made our sightseeing completely stress free and thoroughly enjoyable.
Navigating the busy streets of Hanoi with my elderly father, who has Alzheimer’s, and my two children (8 and 12) could easily have been overwhelming, but Ruby customised everything to suit our family and made sure everyone felt comfortable, included and engaged. She made what could have been a challenging experience feel effortless.
Our cyclo tour around the Old Quarter was fantastic. Ruby took us to so many wonderful places, even more than I had originally asked to see when planning our itinerary! We saw so much of Hanoi while travelling with ease through the streets, something that would have been near impossible without her.
And Ruby is an incredible teacher! Her English is very clear and easy to understand, which made such a difference when she was explaining the history and culture to both the adults and the kids. Her storytelling brought the history of Hanoi and Vietnam to life in such an engaging way. My daughters were completely captivated and listened to her the entire time, which says a lot when you’re travelling with kids! We all came away having learned so much, but in a way that never felt like a history lesson.
One of the absolute highlights was the pearl farm workshop. I highly recommend this experience for children and adults of all ages! It was fascinating to see first hand why and how pearls are formed, and the best part was that it was 100% hands on. We even got to make our own gorgeous jewellery to take home. It was such a memorable experience and a wonderful way for the kids to learn while having fun.
And the best part? The pearl farm experience is extremely reasonably priced for such a unique, hands on experience. It’s fantastic value and something I would definitely recommend adding to your Hanoi itinerary. The workshop has only been open for a month, so we felt very lucky to be among the first to experience it!
Ruby went above and beyond for our family. She didn’t just show us Hanoi, she made us feel welcomed, cared for and completely at ease throughout our time with her.
Couldn’t recommend Ruby more. If you’re looking for a guide in Hanoi, book her. You absolutely won’t regret it!"

"We loved our tour with Loan. We were taken to parts of Hanoi we would never have visited. It was so good to be able to ask questions and get a real insight into the culture of Vietnam.
