Not only did he give us the an understanding of the food we were tasting, he also gave us so much knowledge and information about Dutch culture! He is very well versed in history, politics and culture. The three hour tour flew by as we discussed many topics between bites. Marten was very responsive to messages and accommodated our wish to end the tour near the Rijksmuesum. I would highly recommend Marten as your guide to Amsterdam.
