"Ae met us at our hotel. She is friendly and has a really good knowledge of the old city. We focussed mainly on temples and visited lots of them with Ae. She also took us to a coffee shop where the employees are female prisoners who are shortly to be released. We tasted different Thai foods with Ae that I wouldn't have tried without her. Ae has good English. "

"My day with Naphat was fantastic. Rather than focusing on packing in sights (although I am sure she would do that if that’s what you’re after!), our tour was more of a relaxed walk around Chang Mai, visiting Naphat’s favorite haunts, local markets and a couple of beautiful temples, all while chatting about Naphat’s experience as a local living in Chang Mai and the history and character of the city. Naphat was open, kind and knowledgeable, and quite personable. Chang Mai is lovely, but the highlight really was the opportunity to connect with an interesting person. "

"Ae provided a really informative tour of Chiang Mai, we wandered through the back streets of the old town, visiting temples and eateries, whilst Ae told us about the history of the area. Ae was really helpful, suggesting alternative areas for us to explore and providing superb eating and drinking stops. "

"We were stuck with an early arrival and the hotel room not available until later so we decided to take a food tour. It was amazing! We went with May/Purichat and fortunately we arrived hungry. We tasted a variety of really good food and went in her car to the market to taste some more. She got the perfect blend of delicious food and interesting history. May is a delightful friendly guide who checked our interests and tailored the tour to us. I 100% recommend this type but definitely come hungry! "
