We started at the Lion fountain and she could tell us why their were suds in it (student prank during finals) and information about each site we passed. She chose a path through the city, across the river, to the gondolas and back again that was easy to walk and enchanting to see. During the walk she talked about things we would encounter living in Portugal. For example, if we got invited to a barbecue, it would be barbecued sardines. It was a lovely walk.
