"We loved our tour with Ana. She was SO knowledgeable about the history of Lisbon and shared the details/stories with enthusiasm. She personalized the tour with tales of growing up in the city and how it has changed - for good and not-so-good! We walked and talked for 3 hours--with a lovely break for a sweet and coffee. She pointed out great stores for us to check out later, which we did. And...she gave us some great 'secret shortcuts' for getting up and down the city hills without too much walking!
