"Our only regret was not taking the food tour with Thami as soon as we arrived in Tangier. What a great way to learn all about his city, the food and culture. Before the tour Tangier seemed a bit overwhelming with all the small twisting streets and the chaos of all the people, shops and markets. But after his tour we almost feel like locals. Thami seemed to know every shop, restaurant and market stall. Everywhere we went people knew him and welcomed us into their stores, restaurants and stalls. Even other tour guides we passed along the way told us we were lucky to have him as our guide. I can't recall everything we tried but it was a lot more than the 10 tastings we signed up for. This tour was an amazing way to get to know this incredible city. Book Thami for the day you arrive and your visit will be so much better. "

"We booked Thami very last minute (2 hrs before we arrived) and we moved the meeting point, but he was ready and waiting for our excellent guided tour. He explained everything clearly but not in too much detail (we had two kids who could tire easily) and showed us around Tangier whilst also tasting the odd local snack en route.
