A lovely morning with Thami
"We had a great morning exploring Tangier with Thami. A good mix of history alongside seeing the sites. Felt more at ease and confident navigating Tangier after the tour. Time well spent, thank you Thami."
"We had been caught in the rain and wind affecting Morocco and Spain. We had to cancel an overnight tour to Chefchaouen. It was our first day and we needed something to do to make us feel better. With Locals offered a food tour beginning at 5:00 and we jumped on it. Thami came to our rescue and didn’t show any lack of enthusiasm for such late notice. He was positive and in control several times needing to find an alternate tasting location due weather closings. He really knew his stuff. We learned history and cultural facts which make his tour more than a food experience. The tastings served as our evening meal. We were quite stuffed by the final stop. He made sure we arrived safely back at our hotel. All in all it was a successful venture and a good introduction to Tangier."

We had both ferry times moved, added another 2 people to the group, which needed a bigger vehicle and thami could not have been more accommodating. "This was our first food tour and we loved the experience. Bilal contacted us right away on Whatsapp and arranged that we meet Hanna for the tour. She knew the winding streets of Tangier well and took us into places we could have never found on our own. It was a memorable experience and one we would absolutely love to do again. She was sweet and the choices/stops she made for our tastings were perfect. Olives, fish market, street crepes, mint tea, cookies in a community underground oven...it was a thrill for all our senses! "Thami was everything a guide should be on our Tangier Tapestry Tour. He began by asking us what we wanted to get out of the tour. He listened carefully and really delivered. We spent two hours walking through Tangier’s medina. The time flew as Thami told us stories that were so entertaining we didn’t even realize we were learning something! Around every street corner there was something new to see and a new story to hear. Thami is warm and friendly and was open to all of our many many questions. He was very flexible with the scheduling, which we really appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend him as a guide to anyone."
"Don't miss out on an incredible day in Tangier, Morocco with Thami. Thami was the the ultimate in providing us a day of learning and laughter, as we saw sites, got the opportunity for time some with the culture and enjoying the food, as well as seeing some of the sites. Thami provided wonderful communication prior to our tour day, while arranging for our transportation, and providing us information about the day and then altering our tour as needed.
