"I normally avoid food tours , cookery class sessions in most places I visit but I highly recommend the Fes food tour which gives you a chance to sample local specialities that are unique to this region- we had an outstanding guide in locally born and bred Jamal who resides in the heart of the Medina and expertly guided and persuaded us through the maze of culinary delights over 3 enjoyable hours!
Jamal is such a cool super friendly and laid back dude and we instantly built up a rapport and shared a common sense of humour - well worth getting him to be your guide for your stay!"
