"The tour was an excellent experience. Abdallah was very knowledgeable of the history and architecture of the area. His experience and excellent English meant the tour was much more than just ‘food.’ We stopped at seven different places to try a variety of local cuisines, each delicious and would suggest to anyone wanting to try local foods with an interest in the history of Casablanca. Our group included ages 14 - 50 and we all had a great time, thanks largely to Abdallah! "

"An exceptional experience! Abdou met us conveniently and walked us to the Medina, Rick’s cafe, the Hassan II, the largest Mosque built overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. We then drove to Habous and delighted in the shops. Habous was amazing and Abdou seemed to know many people. We had Moroccan mint tea and traditional pastries in a quaint tea/coffee shop where we met his mother who offer’s Moroccan cooking classes! If only we had time! His knowledge was very insightful and relatable. He pointed out great photo opportunities. We felt like we were with a long lost cousin who took us in and treated us like family. He helped make our Casablanca vacation comfortable and memorable."

"We had already toured Hassan II Mosque, the Corniche promenade, Mohammed V Square... so we requested Abdou instead to show us the everyday Casablanca that locals go to. First, we drove through un-photoshopped streets and then spent hours walking the old medina. We met his mom Aisha; together we explored the stalls of spices, fruits, nuts and olives, pastries and other delicacies, textiles and rugs, soap, meats, poultry and fishes... and interacted with people who probably thought we were just family relatives on a visit. We stopped for a drink of mint tea, some kebabs and bread. Finally, we had a sumptuous Moroccan dinner. The experience surpassed all our expectations! Such memorable afternoon and evening!"
