"We were very interested in a foodie tour, but not the usual standard “agenda”. We gave our specific requests to Carlos and he took them and crafted a customized tasting that was spot on. The food was outstanding: from classic tamales and tacos to a perfectly refreshing horchata, every bite was delicious. A real highlight was the stuffed chili tacos and the pumpkin blossom tacos, which were absolutely delectable. Beyond the food, the tour offered so much more.
