"What a delightful and delicious first morning in Oaxaca. Carlos shared his passion for Oaxacan cuisine with our family and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. We loved the street tacos, small local market where we ate tamales, tlayudas and drank tajete. We sampled exotic local fruit, sweets and even purchased mole to take home. We finished the tour with full tummies and lots of stories and knowledge about Oaxacan cuisine.
