Jason guided us through the city with so much love and passion, helping us truly understand and feel Malacca rather than just learn facts about it. Later on, we even visited him at his Love Music Vinyl Cafe and spent New Year’s Eve there. "My partner and I did the food tour with Joesph here in Melaka. It was fantastic! He was such a knowledgeable tour guide and took us to some of the most delicious food that we have had during our trip. He was able to provide a good knowledge of the local history, was funny and super easy to spend 3 hours with. If you love food and want to try the local dishes, as well as get some great recommendations for other restaurants not on the trip then this is the tour. There is a bit of walking so a generally level of fitness is helpful. No hills , however you do cover a bit of distance. 10/10 would recommend this tour. "

"Joseph really knows his history of Malacca and explains it in a very good humoured way. Expect a good workout on your walk, although of course he would adapt to your needs. Overall, an excellent few hours, especially good if you only have a short time in Malacca."

He then shared each location with incredible insight and passion. He flexed the tour to deal with my elderly parents ensuring it was enjoyable. "My wife and I had a wonderful time with our guide Joseph, who was exceptionally knowledgeable and very kind. We covered more with him in ~3 hours than we would have by ourselves in 6! Joseph was extremely engaging, patient and also is great at taking photos! He was incredibly understanding when we had to delay the start of our tour by 2 hours due to transport issues, and still provided an amazing info-packed tour with stops along the way for snacks and time for us to pray. We saw places of Melakka we would have never found much less have eaten. The tour was supposed to take 3 hours but we ended up having an almost 4 hour tour!
