1st Class Tour w/Sheilina : )
"Sheilina was in contact with us a few days prior to the tour, and again from the time we got off our train in Yokohama. She ensured we found our way to Landmark Tower to meet her, and greeted us with a bright smile and welcomed us to Yokohama. She customized our tour for us, since we didn't want to walk as much in the humidity and heat. We started the tour by taking the elevator up to the observation deck of the Landmark Tower, wrote our wishes for Tanabata Festival on colorful strips of paper, and stopped for blue swirled ice cream at the snack area. Then we took the Akaikutsu bus to the famous Red Brick Warehouse where we shopped and had a light snack. Our next stop was vibrant Yokohama Chinatown where we walked around and had dim sum at a restaurant she recommended. The crispy roast pork was the best we have ever had, and the variety of dim sum we tried was delicious! After lunch, Sheilina took us to a beautiful temple where we took many beautiful photos. I told Sheilina I wanted to buy some Japanese beauty products, so she took us shopping in a local drug store and recommended some of her favorite products. We really appreciated the personalized tour and how she paid attention to our individual needs, and kept it to a pace that was comfortable for us. We highly recommend Sheilina for any of your sightseeing needs. Next time we are in Japan, we will definitely book more tours with Sheilina. She was the absolute BEST!! : )"

A great guide to have by your side!
"We recently enjoyed a fantastic 3-hour tour of Asakusa with Carlos, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Carlos took us through the iconic sights, local shops of Asakusa, sharing his knowledge and engaging stories along the way. His ability to communicate fluently in Spanish was a huge plus for our Spanish-speaking in-laws, making them feel welcomed and included throughout the tour. Carlos was incredibly kind and considerate, ensuring that everyone in our group had a great time. He provided us with insights into the local culture and history that we would have missed on our own, including a local-artisan museum. Overall, we highly recommend Carlos for anyone looking to explore Asakusa. His expertise, friendly demeanor, and accommodating nature made our visit truly memorable. Five stars!"

Great tour guide
"Sena is a very sweet and knowledgeable tour guide. I am so glad that I booked the sushi and sake tour for me and my husband since we’re only in Tokyo for 2 days. The gyoza, sushi and sake were all delicious and worth it. We asked her for souvenirs and wagyu beef recommendations and she provided us with great ones. The tour was 2.5 hours and we learned a lot from her. I am definitely recommending her to all my friends and family who will be visiting Tokyo. I look forward to seeing her again with our son next time we visit Tokyo. "

Superb Shibuya experience with Sena!
"We had an amazing time with Sena. She really knows where are the hotspots in Shibuya. This is our first time traveling to Japan, so it is really important us to habe someone local to assist us in locating those wonderul spots. Sena is the perfect person to have to make your experience worthwhile."

Best guide out there!
"Sena was amazing! She responded to confirm booking and also suggested and alternative tour which we ended up switching to out of convenience! Our night consisted of a popular sushi spot which she booked ahead of time so we got right in. She made food/drink suggestions about what to try and what’s popular in Shibuya. Onto the next thing we had the best takoyaki there is! To top it off, we ended up with a sake tasting. Sena has lots of knowledge of Tokyo (as well as the surrounding neighborhoods) and I felt like we were getting all the hidden gems. She also made sure to check in with dietary preferences ahead of time and fully customize the tour. Not only did she make other suggestions for the rest of the trip but was went out of her way to help find a books at a local bookstore we had been searching for! She’s a great guide! 10/10 recommend. Wonderful afternoon with Ai
"My family and I did a food tour with 2 adults and 3 kids ages 10, 6 & 3. Ai was able to cater to a couple of food allergies for us and was very gracious with making those adjustments. She was great with our kids, and we never felt rushed. Highly recommend her as a guide and thank her for the time she spent with us!"

Great introduction to Tokyo
"My husband and I along with our 18 year old daughter and 15 year old son did a tour of Shibuya with Sena. This area can be overwhelming if you are not from Japan or speak the language. We did this tour on our first day in Tokyo to get oriented. We got to go into the shopping area that was of interest to our kids, walk around the more popular streets, and was shown fun areas we can come back to on our own and a list of good restaurants. Sena is very charming and a pleasure to be around. The best part of her tour was that she could speak to the interest of the 50 year olds and could also be entertaining to the teenagers. We also got to see the Meiji Jingu Shrine and gardens that were in bloom. We had a great morning and introduction to Tokyo. "

Second time’s the charm!
"We loved this young lady so much, we came home from our first tour and booked her again. This time, Gulay took us to Asakusa where she did her magic and easily retold the fascinating history of the shrine. After touring the shrine, we walked through the market area and tried different foods. What we loved most about her is her willingness to patiently teach us about all the different rituals and practices of Buddhism and Shintoism. "
