"Our tour of Livorno highlights with Francesca was absolutely wonderful. Francesca was welcoming from the outset and gave us a wonderful tour of her city. She made adjustments to our mobility needs easily and without fuss. She took us on a chronological history tour sharing interesting facts and sites going back through the ages. There was a wonderful balance of historical facts and anecdotes, all told with an infectious enthusiasm that drew you in wanting to know more. We finished our tour at the market where Francesca assisted us in finding a local eatery for lunch ensuring we were helped by the wait staff by speaking with them on our behalf (note to self - learn some Italian)!
