"Roberto was a fantastic guide for our day in Naples. He took us through his neighborhood giving us culinary delights, some we had never sampled before. He knows his neighbors and the neighborhood! "My mom and I really enjoyed our tour. We had a customized start near to our port and from there we experienced great food and company. Our food tastings did not disappoint and our locals view of the area included great local history and food information. We got to taste excellent fried seafood, a perfect margarita pizza where we got to see it being made, to the best mozzarella bites, a refreshing Spritz and Baba a rhum and a fantastic pasta ragu. All the little bites in between (dolce, Tarelle, espresso ) were excellent too.
Personable, fun, with a little time for shopping added in. We highly recommend touring with Gennaro. Thank you to Peppe as well! All in all a great day!! "

A fantastic day in Naples with Gennaro
"We originally booked with Armando who on short notice passed the booking to Milly who passed the booking to Gennaro. We hit the jackpot with Gennaro. He really knows the city well and his explanations around the history of Naples and food in Naples were fantastic. He went out of his way to give us a once in a lifetime experience. I was hesitant to spend the day in Napels but he showed us a side of Naples that inspired me that I will come back for a longer stay. He deserves a huge fee for his services and he is a truly great ambassador for Naples. I was truly disappointed in the service provided by Armando. "
"Gennaro greeted us exactly at the time agreed upon. He had notified us that there would be disruptions in the city due to a Marathon and adjusted the meeting time accordingly.
Every stop was tasty, and the passion that he has for his city and for food is very evident. Some guides get bored doing the same tours over and over again but he kept things fresh.
We would 100% recommend Gennaro as your guide, and if we were to come to Napoli again we would take one of his tours again in a heartbeat."

"What an incredible evening! Giovanni took us on a wonderful walk through the streets of Sorrento, introducing us to hidden gems and local favorites we never would’ve found on our own. Every stop was a treat, including delicious local cheeses and perfectly soft gnocchi (my personal favorites!) but honestly, I cleaned every plate.
Giovanni was the perfect guide; friendly, funny, and full of stories about Sorrento’s history, food culture, and daily life. You could tell he truly loves what he does, and his passion made the experience even more special.

"Our family had the pleasure of spending a beautiful Sunday afternoon in Naples with Donatella. From the start she was fantastic with our two kids (9 & 11) who are still talking about her. We tried so many great foods in Naples and Donatella talked us through their origins and why Neapolitans are so proud of their culture. My favorite was the pizza fritta but there were so many other great things we ate. We enjoyed the singing and the banter of the street vendors and Donatella made sure we tasted everything we were keen to enjoy. She provided us with some history of the historic centre along with the Spanish quarter and also some great tips on other things to do during our time in Naples. We will be back to visit Naples and to see Donatella again "
