"We met May on a really hot summer day and had a great eating tour of Carmel Market and some of the surrounding neighborhood. May was a great host - providing background on the food we were eating, explaining Israeli food customs, and sharing stories of her experience as a bartender. Israeli cuisine is a blend of many cultures and particularly in the market May was able to share with us the many different aspects of food and drink. I would definitely recommend this tour and May."
