"What a fantastic experience! While there should not have been an issue with finding the starting point, Ben came to where we were to start the tour. It was a tour later in the day (5:30) which means some ( just a few) places to see were closed. However, Ben provided as much information as possible about everything around, with great insight and a bit of humor. He even got us to engage with the city in an interesting way.
