What do I need to become a host?

Two years living in your city, confident English, at least 8 hours a week, and some reviews from past guests on any platform.You've lived in your city for at least two years, you guide confidently in English, you can host at least 8 hours a week, and you have some reviews from past guests on any platform.

How do I receive bookings?

All bookings come straight into your Withlocals host dashboard. You can easily manage incoming requests, view upcoming bookings, and track your past bookings, all in one place.

How much will I earn?How much will I earn as a Withlocals host?

Your earnings depend on how many tours you host and what type of experiences you offer. We believe in fair pay for every host. Guests pay per tour, and we deduct a 32% service fee before sending your earnings.

How do I receive payments?

We use Stripe, a trusted global payment provider, to manage all host payouts. Once you're accepted, you'll connect your Stripe account to Withlocals through Stripe Connect. From there, you'll receive secure, direct payments to your bank account.

Can I add my own tours?Can I add my own tours and experiences?

Yes. Alongside our Withlocals Originals, you can suggest new experiences based on your passion and local knowledge. Have an idea? Reach out to us and tell us about it. Our team reviews every suggestion and, if there’s a good fit, we work closely with you to shape it into a high-quality experience that fits our standards and brand. This is a collaborative process. Together, we refine the concept, story, and structure before it goes live on our platform.
