"Tuyen (Twin diye okunuyor) ile Halong Körfezi'ne özel bir günlük tur rezervasyonu yaptırmanın keyfini yaşadım. Başından beri harika bir gezi olacağını biliyordum. Twin, gezi öncesinde bizimle iletişime geçerek turda ne yapmak istediğimizi sordu. Bize bazı seçenekler sundu ve isteklerimizi görüştükten sonra tavsiyelerde bulundu. Gerçekten de istediğimiz ve umduğumuz gibi eşsiz bir geziydi. Twin bizi otelimizden yeni, büyük ve konforlu bir SUV ile aldı ve Halong'a kadar bize yol gösterdi. Halong'a giderken Twin bize Vietnam ve tarihi hakkında bilgiler verdi. Zaman çok çabuk geçti. Vardığımızda bizi gün boyu kullanacağımız özel teknemize kadar eşlik etti. Binişten saniyeler sonra yola çıktık. Öğle yemeği muhteşemdi; eşim için vejetaryen seçenek, benim içinse Vietnam yemekleri. Ve tabii ki, körfez çok güzeldi, Hanoi'den oraya kadar araba yolculuğuna değdi. Körfezi görmenin daha iyi bir yolunu düşünemiyorum. Tuyen'i rehber olarak şiddetle tavsiye ederim."

"Ruby was fantastic from start to finish.We contacted her last minute and she was able to put together a 3 day program overnight. we were traveling with my 88 year old mother and Ruby was so thoughtful and kept her company while we did some of the more strenuous walking stops. she was able to last minute arrange a speed boat to bring us back early to the harbor at Ha long Bay which cut 2 hrs on the trip. She was very adaptable and conscience of my mother's fatigue levels.I highly recommended her services. "

"Ruby is an absolute star. She is fun, knowledgeable, and took many photos of us as we enjoyed our time in Vietnam. She enabled priority access for everything, no queues, and extra service alround.
