"I recently had the pleasure of going on a food tour in Alicante with our host Maria, and I have to say it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment we met Maria, she made us feel welcome and excited for the tour to come. The first stop on the tour was a picturesque square with charming houses and a stunning view of the castle. Here, we were treated to some of the most delicious jamon and croquetas I've ever had. Maria also shared some interesting stories about the history of the area and the local culture, which added an extra layer of depth to the experience. We also had the chance to try some delicious manchego cheese, which paired perfectly with the wine.
