Joo Bee has been a great guide, with a very good communication before the tour (and flexibility to adapt our personal constraints), and of course during the tour. She can adapt perfectly to a family with teenagers, having a reasonable dose of patience, using a good sense of humour. "We booked an evening food tour with Remy, and it was honestly such a wonderful experience! Remy was an amazing guide. You could immediately tell that he is a true local, which made the experience feel so much more authentic.
