"We booked a highlights and hidden gems tour of Venice yesterday with Genny and it was absolutely brilliant. From the outset, communication was spot on — everything was clear, well organised, and we met exactly where and when we needed to with no stress at all. What really stood out was her knowledge. The history, particularly around the Doge’s Palace, was brought to life in a way that made it genuinely engaging rather than just informative. But the highlight for us was her personality — warm, funny, and full of energy. It turned what could have been a standard tour into a proper 5-star experience. She also shared some fascinating insight into Marco Polo and, importantly, took us off the beaten track to parts of Venice we’d never have discovered on our own. Couldn’t recommend Genny highly enough."
