"My wife and I booked an Island Tour of Murano and Burano with Nicoletta. It was a great day out seeing the islands and a walking tour of Venice. Nicoletta was able to get us to islands despite a strike that stopped public transportation. We saw the glass blowing in Murano and bought a glass piece as well. We then went to Burano, which is famous for it's lace making and beautifully painted houses. We returned to Venice and Nicoletta did a walking tour through parts of Venice we had not seen nor knew to see. The glass tour was a little heavy with their sales techniques - needing to go to the manager to get some pricing. There is a room with less expensive glass art if you want a less expensive souvenir. "
