"Oh my goodness - what a gem Gennaro is! We feel so lucky to have found him. We absolutely plan to book him again the next time we’re in Italy and will 1000% recommend him to all our friends and family. From our very first video chat, even before meeting in person, it felt like reconnecting with a long-lost friend. When he greeted us at Napoli Centrale, it truly felt like a beautiful reunion. Gennaro is, first and foremost, one of the kindest and friendliest people I’ve met. He is incredibly proud of his city, and his passion and enthusiasm are completely contagious - we already can’t wait to return! He’s knowledgeable, funny, professional, and wonderfully hands-on. Not only is he a true gem, but he’s clearly a bit of a local celebrity - everywhere we went, people seemed to know and greet him, which made the experience feel even more special and authentic. Even though we had a planned itinerary, he thoughtfully personalized our experience. When he learned that my boyfriend is a huge soccer fan and likes SSC Napoli​ and that my daughter’s grandparents were from Nola, he surprised us with unforgettable additions: a visit to the Napoli stadium​; a tour through the Maradona-dedicated areas of the city​; and​, a stop at the historic Porta Nolana - remnants of ​a medieval​ city gate that once led toward the town her grandparents were from. These thoughtful additions truly touched our hearts and made the day even more memorable and uniquely special. We wanted to change our flights home so my boyfriend could attend a Napoli match with Gennaro a few days later - it didn’t work out, but as we watched Napoli win, our hearts and thoughts were right there with Gennaro. We truly can’t wait for our next visit - whether in Napoli or when Gennaro comes to New York City! "

"Serena gave my oldest son, who is 11, and me such an enjoyable way to experience Naples. We had a fun and memorable time exploring the city on foot, learning about its history, and tasting delicious Neapolitan food along the way. Naples felt vibrant and full of energy, and even with the rain, Serena helped us discover hidden gems that made the experience feel personal and special. This tour was a wonderful mix of culture, food, and atmosphere, and I would absolutely recommend both Serena and The 10 Tastings of Naples to anyone visiting the city."

"Ettore created the most delicious 3 hour walking tour of Napoli we could imagine. His charm, wit, and zeal for his city were unmistakable. We were traveling with a toddler and a stroller, and were particularly appreciative of his patience and flexibility in helping us navigate the city together. I will never forget the first bite of frittatine, warm zeppole, mozzarella and more. Likewise, our unplanned coffee break together which gave way to our extensive discussions about Neapolitan history and culture. Grazie per tutto Ettore!"

"Wow! This was one of the best day trips we took with a local. Our guide Gennaro meeting us early in the morning, taking us to a fabulous farm to table pasta lunch including their winery. On the porch you could see the coastline of Naples on one side and beautiful Mt. Vesuvius on the other. He explained the history of the rich ground caused by the volcano eruption being perfect for grapes and lemons. We then continued on to the Amalfi Coast which had the most beautiful views in Italy. We stopped at many of the 13 cities making up the coast. Gennaro knew the best stops. We definetly made the right choice booming with Gennaro. He also made it his mission to find us the iconic fried pizza of the region to try before parting ways at the train station in Naples. We highly recommend Gennaro. Oh, and he also made a stop to sample the regions best made Limoncello. We were treated like friends. Thanks to Gennaro for making it a memorable day. "

"We had a fantastic tour with Ettoro on our recent visit to Naples! It was our first day in Naples, and he gave us the perfect overview to the city, with the expert knowledge that comes from growing up there. He picked incredible spots for our food tastings along the way (I’m still thinking about the mozzarella!), and navigated us through the crazy crowds during Christmas week. He was engaging with my kids (ages 9 and 12) and his English was impeccable. Highly recommend!"

"Rita is fantastic! Great communication leading up to the tour and she met us right when and where promised. We did a “food tour” but also learned so much about the local history and culture. We had a blast and she was very flexible to find food my son wanted to try and even a toy store for him along the way. We don’t love everything she had us try, but were glad to learn about and try traditional foods from the area. The pizza was, of course, ahhhmazing. Highly recommend Rita! "

"Roberto was a fantastic guide for our day in Naples. He took us through his neighborhood giving us culinary delights, some we had never sampled before. He knows his neighbors and the neighborhood! Great sense of humor and big personality was a great fit for our family of 6. We had plenty of food tastings and drinks, plus the history of Naples too. Thanks to Roberto, we had a great time and left Naples wishing we had had more time to explore this fascinating city. "
