In her most wonderful way, Sylvia managed to guide us through Oxford for two hours, telling us new and interesting stories and, despite the unfavorable weather, keeping us entertained until the end. She was able to answer all of our questions, was friendly, accommodating and very considerate of all our needs. We really enjoyed the tour with her.
