"Laim took us to Tonle Son Lap. We had a very good experience and it was lovely to have all our questions answered. I also should mention that as an 80yr old lady it is quite difficult for me getting on and off the boat and especially the extra trip through the mangrove swamp, in a very small boat. "This was our second tour with Lux. We wanted to experience life outside of Siem Reap. This was a great morning with our two kids, 12 and 15, visiting a local village food market and seeing the floating villages on stilts on the lake. Lux was again so informative, so easy to be with and the trip felt perfectly paced for our family. Seeing the community on foot, boating on the lake and rowing through the mangrove forests were all highlights. Vegans or vegetarians may find the locals market a bit intense and should ask to skip this part imho."

"Ngoun picked us up in our hotel lobby. We took a 45 min drive to the floating village. On the way Ngoun was eager to tell us about the areas we were passing through. Walking through the floating village (since it was dry season) was an experience I'll never forget. The children were so excited to see us and give us high fives along the way. Again, Ngoun shared all the knowledge he had to explain everything throughout the day. Great day! "

"Ngoun what's a personal guide for my wife and I for one day and Angkor Wat and another day on a river boat and village market tour. He is surprisingly passionate and excited to tell us all the interesting details, given that he surely have done the same tour many times before. Going through the village market, for example, he pointed out many many little items in instead of just walking us through explain interesting items in the culture. He was very personable and patient would answer me all about questions. I definitely recommended him and will use them again."
