"Bartek picked us up at the hotel for our drive down to Auschwitz. Extremely friendly, and knowledgeable, he chatted with us about Poland, answering our questions, giving us tips etc. He had bought our tickets for the tour inside Auschwitz (he could not guide us inside), dropped us, took my WhatsApp number so that he could communicate where he would meet us at the end of the tour. After the tour ended, he brought us back, stopping at a restaurant in the middle for some pierogi and coffee before dropping us back at our hotel. I truly wish I had booked more tours with Bartek. I will next time. We highly recommend Bartek for tours in Krakow. "

Pickup perfect and right at our location, a drive out to Auschwitz’s filled with personal anecdotes and warm, friendly conversation, and great communication so we always knew where to find him. He also arranged a private tour of Auschwitz for us with one of the museum guides which is well worth doing to make the experience more personalized. "Bartek arranged our tour of Auschwitz as well as a tour of the Jewish Museum in Oswiecim, a few kilometers from the Memorial. He is knowledgeable about Polish history and is enjoys teaching others about his country. Bartel was also very adaptable - helping to pick us up in the pouring rain from the Memorial and arranging a spur-of-the-moment-trip to the Jewish Cemetery in Oswiecim, including securing a key to the cemetery and driving us to the location. He also provided a lot of information on the history of Krakow on our drive. "

"Our trip to Zakopane with Bartek was terrific. Highlight was the hike through the Tatra National Park. The cheese tasting was lovely and the ride up the cable car was a great way to see the mountains. We also stopped in a traditional little village to have a look around. Bartek was knowledgable and very accomodating, he even helped book our restaurant for dinner for when we returned to Krakow. Would definitely recommend visiting Zakopane with Bartek as your guide!"
