Fay is so knowledgeable about all there is to see, and had so many insights to share at each venue and about life in Osaka in general. She brought us to various tucked-away parts of the various venues that we visited that tourists doing it on their own don't even know are there. She was ever so adept at keeping our family group together as she guided us throughout the day--especially since getting from Osaka to Nara via the mass transit system is anything but simple. Back in Osaka, we had some special requests in terms of sampling the local cuisine (don't miss the takoyaki!!) and in terms of shopping and Fay knew just where to take us for all of that. Fay also took a whole number of photos and videos of our group at the various venues that she then transferred to us at the end of the day. "Syed navigated me quietly through the hustle and bustle of Osaka, in a gentle way, answering all my questions. He showed me places where locals would go, went with me to Osaka castle and on a little boat trip along the moat, showed me around on the food market, let me sample some dishes there, brought me to Umeda sky building, where we went to the Observatory and had a coffee , helped me buy a carry- on suitcase, and rolled it through town for half of the day and finally helped me get a ticket for the Shinkansen to Osaka for the next day.
