Her background as an educator shined through. We were all engaged and learned so much about the exhibits and the museum as an institution. My boys loved her! The tour flew by at 3 hours and Jenoe expertly took us through all the must sees. I could have done it all day!"

She was a fount of interesting and relevant information, and freely shared her knowledge of the museum, its history, its contents and the controversies surrounding it with our family of 5. She was patient with the children's questions, and gave them detailed answers when they had specific questions, even if their questions weren't exactly relevant to the objects we were currently examining! The pace of the tour was excellent, and she did a great job of navigating through the crowds and other groups. I would highly recommend Matilda as a guide if you're coming to London both with or without children."

"Visitamos con nuestro hijo de 7 el museo britanico el ultimo dia de nuestra estadia en Londres, y realmente valió la pena hacerlo con ella. Jenoe nos conto que es pedagoga y tiene mucha experiencia en trabajo con niños/as, y eso se noto en cada momento de la visita. Fuimos al museo un dia de muchisimo calor (y adentro no habia refrigeracion) por lo que mi hijo estaba cansado y un poco molesto, pero ella tuvo la paciencia y expertise para lograr captar su atención a lo largo de las salas, transformando una visita tediosa en un portal a otros tiempos y lugares! Volvimos hace una semana y sigue hablando de las momias y el ajedrez de Harry Potter. En una ciudad que no está tan pensada para los niños/as, recomiendo hacer algunos de los paseos que ofrece Jenoe para adaptarla a sus intereses, acercarsela a su altura y poder disfrutar todos juntos (porque los grandes también nos quedamos muy enganchados!). "We had an outstanding tour of the British Museum with Rosa, and she was easily one of the best guides we’ve ever had anywhere in the world. She is incredibly knowledgeable, and it was clear right away that she knows the museum inside and out. You can tell she spends a lot of time there and truly loves what she does. What made the tour so special was the way she brought everything to life. She didn’t just explain the artifacts, she gave them meaning. She provided the historical background, explained why certain pieces matter, and helped us understand how to look at them in a deeper way. Every stop felt interesting and worthwhile because she gave us the bigger picture behind what we were seeing. We spent about three hours with her, and honestly, it still didn’t feel like enough time. The museum is enormous, and going with a guide is absolutely the best way to experience it. Without someone like Rose, it would be easy to feel overwhelmed or miss many of the highlights. She knew exactly how to navigate the museum efficiently and made the whole visit smooth and enjoyable. On top of all that, she has a great sense of humor, was warm and flexible, and constantly checked in to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. We would absolutely book with her again if we return to London for a part two or part three of the museum. 10/10 experience. Highly recommend without hesitation."
