More about Sapa

October and November are the best months to visit the mountains, however weather is also good from December till June. Bear in mind that it can get quite chilly in the evenings, so make sure to pack a warm sweater. Visit Sapa to see the different cultural groups living in the area, along with trekking through the gorgeous rice fields. Imagine, how great would it be to engage in these activities, while actually meeting real locals of the area? Or Imagine having a homemade dinner with a local family, or going on a tour through the rice fields with a real local? Sounds amazing, right!?

Visit a Unique Ceramic Village with a Local

We really enjoyed our tour with Thanh, she was so kind and so interesting to listen to, we learned a lot about everything which comes with making ceramics and much much more about culture and way of living in Hanoi and Vietnam. So if you want to break the tourist flow go on this tour and you won’t regret it. Keep up the fabulous work Thanh and again thank you for all the coffee and eating tips, they were totally authentic!!!!

A customized trip with Loc

Loc was a very hospitable guide for us. We were still jet lagged pretty badly when we met up and she was very understanding of it. The pace she set for us to visit was perfect for us. We tasted plenty of different foods and got some real insight into life in Hanoi through a couple of family run stalls.
We arrived late to our hotel because of a hold up in customs/immigration so I wanted to make special mention of the fact that she stuck around to wait for us.
I would definitely recommend Loc to anyone

Hanoi's Natural Beauty: Ba Vi National Park Day Trip

Vietnam is so green and you can really get close to the nature with a visit to their national park. The climb is intense. I'd say that if you are not in good physical shape, this tour might not be for you. The steps going up to the temple were under improvements so there were uneven and muddy areas that anyone with uneven footing, balance issues, or weak leg strength might want to avoid until the renovations are complete. You can still visit the park and walk around which is beautiful. If you can undertake the climb to the temple, it's worth the time and workout. Stunning views! Wonderful guide!

Imagine how amazing would it be to meet a local guide who can:

  • 100% personalize your tour
  • Pick you up from airport or your hotel
  • Do all of the planning for your trip, including making reservations and travel arrangements
  • Offer you the possibility to enjoy a home cooked meal
  • Give you insights about Vietnam historical places
  • Show you the best places to eat in Sapa
  • Teach you the secrets of Vietnamese cuisine
  • Show you the top attractions from a different perspective, as only a local knows
  • Give you a glimpse of Vietnamese local life
  • Introduce you to the vibrant nightlife of Sapa
