Take a look at our list of restaurant to eat while you are in Vietnam. Make sure you won`t miss dishes like Cao Lau, Banh Xeo or Canh Chua!

Rice, noodles, fresh vegetable and herbs, all play big roles in Vietnamese food, making it one of the healthiest cuisines in the world. Prepare to be surprised with the tastiest of dishes as most travelers say the original Vietnamese food has nothing to do with what they’ve eaten in their own countries.

Traditional food at May, Ho Chi Minh City

Located in a beautiful old house, this restaurant has a wide variety of traditional Vietnamese dishes. The restaurant only uses fresh and locally sourced ingredients. Two of their best dishes are pink duck breast with ginger nuoc mam (fish sauce) and the more classic fried tofu with lemongrass and chili. Can you say “delicious”?

Fine dining at The Deck Saigon, Ho Chi Minh City

If you are looking for a classy restaurant in HCMC, The Deck Saigon is a top dining choice for both travelers and locals looking for a treat. Enjoy a meal or a drink on its elegant and cozy outdoor wooden deck.

Have a wine at The Hill Station, Sapa

The Hill Station is a small café located on the Main Street in Sapa. The dishes here have influences from the Sapa region and are definitely worth a try. Get ready for a relaxing atmosphere to have a wine, hot chocolate or a meal with friends and family.

Cozy atmosphere at the Golden Lotus, Hoi An

Enjoy an authentic culinary experience in the cozy atmosphere of Golden Lotus. Delicious dishes, fresh ingredients, reasonable prices, you can find all of them in this restaurant!

European food with a Vietnamese twist at La Verticale, Hanoi

Situated in a narrow 1930s villa, the restaurant’s cuisine fuses French gastronomy with the ingredients and spices of Vietnamese cooking. The clam soup infused with lemongrass or Muscovy duck with foie gras inside a baguette offer original fusion combinations.

All-you-can-eat Vietnamese food at Ngon Villa, Hanoi

Ngon Villa is a good place where you can experience the different flavors from Vietnam`s regions. The all-you-can-eat menus are broad. Something to know beforehand - everything is served on demand, it`s not an all-you-can-eat buffet.

The Only Authentic Cu Chi Tunnels Tour With a Local

Spending the day with Vi visiting the tunnels was a real pleasure. This intelligent and entertaining young woman was great company, highly informative and speaks excellent English. It was a privilege to get an understanding of this important aspect of Vietnam history through Vi. A great experience.

Best of Ho Chi Minh City Private Tour

Wow! What a weekend!
We had only 48 hours in HCMC. Were a party of 7, including 3 little kids (7, 5 and 3 years old) and had a 60th birthday to celebrate... So we started with a city tour with Jecky.

Of course before we could start, kids were hungry, so Jecky brought us to a restaurant nearby the meeting point and was helping us patiently to feed the monsters. After that we went through the major sights, exactly as we planned to. Jecky was showing us around and kept the kids engaged. We were then parting at the Notre Dame Cathedral and Jecky continued the walk with my parents to the market which they enjoyed very much.

I had via Whatsapp and calls arranged with Jecky a birthday tour the next day. Jecky was not only a great source of recommendations and went beyond everything to get a couple of nice additional things together (birthday cake, personalized video!!!!, floating candles etc). It was such a great surprise for the birthday and we all enjoyed the trip so much.

Jecky would be our first go-to point if we go back to HCMC and we are looking forward exploring the other sights.

The Only Authentic Cu Chi Tunnels Tour With a Local

We went to the Cu Chi tunnels with Vi. It was really a plus to do this with a private guide. Vi knows a lot of the history and also gave good tips for the following evening and day in Saigon.
