Farm tour & Cooking in Hanoi with local family

Mandy (Manh) and her family are so wonderful. My husband and I had a blast. She took us to the market and showed us all around her village. It poured down rain as soon as we arrived but she supplied us with hats to keep us dry. The weather cleared up within 30 minutes. She then had us help her cook a traditional meal that was delicious. It was a great way to have a taste of local culture and get away from the hustle and bustle of Hanoi city.

Visit the Tea Growing Province with Local Students

Had a very unforgettable time on this tour with Thanh. She was very knowledgeable, helpful and personable. Seeing the tea farms and processes was very enlightening, but even more so we’re the suprised along the way. Thanh took us to a secluded lake where we boarded a banana boat with a local coxswain; they took us to a small island with old temple which was beautiful... along with lunch in the boat of local cuisine. I will definitely be contacting Thanh again when I come back for more adventures
