One of the most beautiful and popular views in Istanbul is the skyline of the Old City. This skyline includes the minarets of the Blue Mosque and the Hagia Sophia, as well as the Hagia Irene church and Topkapi Palace. Off to the side of it, you can see the New Mosque (which is 400 years old) and the Suleymaniye Mosque. Taken together, they represent the iconic skyline that people associate Istanbul’s sightseeing with. For a great picture of this skyline, head to Kadikoy. There, you’ll find a rocky sea barrier, which is a favorite spot for locals to look across the Bosporus to the Old City.

All About Mezes: Private Cooking Workshop
Ibrahim showed us how to prepare lots of different mezze and explained nuances between different dishes. Clear explanations and recipes and very friendly. And ofc the food is delicious. Would definitely recommend!
Private Day Trip to Princes' Islands
Amazing Day! Full of adventure. Alper showed us places to see and eat that we would have never found otherwise. Definitely the highlight of our time in Istanbul. He has a genuine passion for the art and history of the area and that makes the experience more meaningful. We wish we had more time to do another adventure with Alper.
Private Turkish Breakfast with a Chef!
We both had a great tour with Aysegul, we not only learned a lot about the food and the culture of Istanbul but we also saw a lot more than we would have done on our own. Aysegul went out of her way to make the rest of our trip complete by sending through via WhatsApp lots of recommendations for Hamman, restaurants and many more tips. It definitely felt very personalised and more of a “local” experience with Aysegul. If we had our time again we would have asked even more questions and encouraged Aysegul to tell us even more about the day in the life of someone living in Istanbul .. definitely would
Recommend Aysegul to others thinking of combining breakfast with a local guide. James and Jasmina
