Roman Food Tour: The 10 Tastings
We met with Roberta for an evening food tour, it was a group of four (my husband and I and another couple). We had a really great time! The tastings were really delicious and Roberta was informative about some of the historical monuments as well as explaining other Roman idiosyncrasies (ex: the service charge). A couple of the places that we went on the tour became favorites for us - stopping by again later including the chocolate, coffee, and gelato. For the evening food tour, Roberta starts with the sweet and then moves to the savory - definitely a fun way to go. I will say, that all four of us wish we had either had the coffee first or had thought ahead and asked to swap in a different stop. It was probably the best espresso I've ever had, but it definitely kept us up! Roberta also had really great suggestions for other places to eat in the city, as well as the other cities that we visited while in Italy. It was a really fun time, would recommend!
