Seeing the city from above is one of the best things to do in Berlin with children — and there are a few options — the TV Tower or the Reichstag Dome are good choices — but don’t forget the Victory Column (Siegessäule). You can climb the tower (all 285 steps) and enjoy a magnificent view over Berlin. The column has a long history and was constructed in 1873 to remember Prussia winning various wars. The Victory Column was (luckily) moved by the Nazis from its original spot (near the Reichstag) which likely saved it from destruction during the Second World War, and today you’ll find it in Berlin’s Tiergarten park.
Things to do in Berlin with children
Berlin’s known as a city of culture that’s full of amazing museums and galleries. The Natural History Museum with its dinosaurs is one place kids are sure to love. Unfortunately, though on the whole, kids and museums don’t mix quite so well, so here’s a few different things to do in Berlin with children.

Car Tour Through East & West Berlin
Miha was charming, knowledgable, and warm. He really cares about his work, and his passion was apparent throughout our tour. My mother-in-law does not walk well, but we really wanted her to see the sites of Berlin. Miha picked us up with a car and made the city come alive as he drove us to see the sites. You will not be disappointed with this tour!!
